Human Resources

In cooperation with HR Representatives, the Human Resources (HR) Department provides all of the University’s units, staff, leaders and managers with all of the services, advice, processes and systems that make up integrated Human Resources Management.

They define and apply the University of Zurich’s (UZH) HR Policy as they implement the HR Strategy determined by the Executive Board of the University. They represent UZH’s HR Management both internally and externally.
